Finding a favorite restaurant by chance: IndeBlue

Tonight I had the opportunity to give a presentation of  my Photography Tours of Philadelphia to the Concierge Association of Philadelphia. The event took place in a new restaurant called indeblue:  After my presentation I went to the bar for happy hour. What a treat!!

I had cocktail and two happy hour menu items; an avacoado chaat and a crispy spinach with a chutney. They  both were absolutely delicious.

I promised Tobi, the gracius and well informed bartender that I would definitely return this week with some friends. It is a new restaurant that deserves to be successful and I promise you will enjoy every mouthful helping them succeed.
